Consultation
Up to 2 hours in a client’s home, paint color selection and ideas on furniture placement and accessorizing that a client implements on their own. This service works well for the Do-it-yourself people who need an idea to get started.
Questionnaire and payment to be completed before the meeting.
Designer For the Day
Up to a 6-hour block of a designer’s time. This service works well for choosing selections for a bath remodel, kitchen remodel, or shopping for a space that customers then install on their own.
After payment is received in full, we will schedule your day.
Designer By My Side
Up to 20 hours of designer’s time, billed in 10 or 20 hours. This is ideal for clients going through a large remodel or building process where the contractor offers some services but not all, this service can include 3-D drawing, documentation, story boards, selection, shopping accessorizing, and industry referrals (furniture, window treatments, etc..).

Custom Design and Project Management
Phase 1: The Design Phase, billed at a flat fee. Check measures & GC meeting to discuss any structural aspects of the design 2D / 3D drawings, possibly with elevation where needed Sourcing of furnishings and other elements required for curating the design Preparing the presentation The actual presentation meeting Any revisions based on the terms in your contract
Phase 2: The Implementation Phase, billed by the hour with a minimum retainer Project management to place/track all orders, as well as arranging installations and billing Site visits to oversee trades such as paint work, electrical, custom cabinetry, etc. Pick up and drop off samples and other materials Install Day to oversee furniture deliveries, drapery installs, art hanging, etc.
